Idaho Fights in Court to Protect Its Abortion Ban Saving Babies

(Life News) On Tuesday, Idaho officials fought in a federal appeals court to protect its abortion ban that protects babies from certain death in abortions.

Idaho officials are taking on Joe Biden’s administration as it attempts to misuse a federal law regarding emergency medical care to force the state to allow abortions even outside of lifesaving circumstances, when abortions are already allowed. Biden wants to make the state allow elective abortions, killing babies as birth control.

The 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments Tuesday in United States of America v. State of Idaho.

The Office of the Idaho Attorney General, with the assistance of attorneys from Alliance Defending Freedom, is urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit to stop the Biden administration from misusing federal law to override Idaho’s Defense of Life Act. (Read More)
